People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperityRole and ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager of Category Management will be responsible for overall product, channel marketing, and business management for SEA’s personal audio category. The position focuses on promotional sales planning, demand forecasting, marketing programs, pricing, data analysis, and the corresponding attainment of the assigned sales goals, profit goals and the various brand and market share objectives.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement category strategies from beginning to end of product lifecycle to increase sales and market share of TWS headphones in national retailers and carriersDesign and execute channel-specific strategies to optimize product distribution and penetration in retail and carrier channelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key retail and carrier partners to ensure alignment with business goals, including negotiation of agreements for promotional activities, merchandising space allocation, and pricing strategiesDevelop and lead the Quarterly Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) plans for national retail accounts to ensure alignment with sales objectives and operational efficiencyMonitor category and channel performance metrics (e.g., sales, inventory turnover, and market share) and provide actionable insights to improve resultsWork closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activitiesOwns the Retail P&L for multiple accounts; develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvementOversee category and channel investment budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investmentsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline and 8+ years of experience in progressive marketing or product management/marketing7+ years of experience in large channel /account management5+ years managing product assortmentSolid knowledge of retail distribution channelsThe ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the companyProven success in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environmentAdvanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skillsStrong communication skills, both written (PPT presentations) and oralThe ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time framesPreferred QualificationsMBA degree or Master’s degree in technology/engineering preferred and 6+ years of relevant experienceExperience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems is highly desired.
