This position supports the Director of Sales Innovation & Business Operations in executing process improvement initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and enabling data-driven decision-making.In addition to these core responsibilities, the specialist will provide targeted support to the SVP of Sales to ensureeffective leadership operations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills and foundational business acumen who is eager to grow within Sales.Position ObjectiveAssist in mapping, analyzing, and improving sales processes to increase efficiencySupport the tracking of KPIs, revenue performance, and operational metrics; prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadershipHelp coordinate quarterly business and promotional planning processes across teams and product linesParticipate in cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met and dependencies are managedMaintain process documentation, ensuring updates align with evolving business strategies and best practicesConduct studies to identify trends and benchmarks that inform operational improvementsSupport the Director in planning and implementing sales process improvementsHelp facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and track progress to ensure timely executionAssist in developing and distributing materials for new processesProvide coordination support to the SVP of Sales to ensure alignment with strategic priorities (may include additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support leadership operations)Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-upPrepare presentation materials and briefing documents as needed for leadership meetingsSkills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) with 4+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in sales or business operationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and translate insights into recommendationsFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies a plusExcellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite#LI-KR1Life @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/Benefits @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
