Daily trips to field (Construction Site, Mechanical Rooms, Equipment Areas, Fab) for observation and research are also required.Physical DemandsWork is primarily performed in a standard office environment.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThe position is full-time and based on a Standard Weekly work schedule. The schedule calls for working between the hours of 7am and 5pm with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additionally, all system engineers are on-call 24/7, as needed. One remote work day/week is acceptable, as business needs allowed.TravelVery infrequent overnight or international travel is anticipated for this position.Skills and QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceB.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Process or Industrial Engineering5+ years of experience in an Engineering environment, preferably within Design or OperationsWorking knowledge of general water treatment technologies and/or processesAdvanced knowledge of ultrapure water and / or general water treatment systemsPreferred Education and Experience8+ years of experience in a Facilities, Engineering and/or Project Management environmentDesign, Construction, Commissioning and Start-up experience preferredProfessional Engineering License a plusPMP Certification a plusTotal RewardsAt Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
