You must meet one of the following three requirements: (1) Qualifications of a Mental Health Practitioner (Associate Behavioral Health Counselor) with 2,000 hours of documented supervised work experience; or (2) Bachelor’s Degree within Behavioral Health Sciences with 2,000 hours of documented supervised work experience; or (3) RN (with no Bachelor’s Degree) with three years of experience in a mental health setting.
Key responsibilities include providing case management and care coordination services to members identified as high risk, assisting members in achieving comprehensive health care, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.
The position involves 8-hour day shifts, with a scheduled weekly hours of 32.
The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
