You need to have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or be in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement within four months of hire. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. We provide CNA training and certification.
Your responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, preparing residents for meals, administering medications under supervision, documenting care, and communicating with the charge nurse.
We provide comprehensive training, including CNA certification, department-specific competency testing, and continuing education opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
