This unique Local Traveler position requires travel to support multiple Sanford Health locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address. You'll receive mileage reimbursement for your travel, along with premium pay rates, including a premium on all hours worked, weekend shift differential, and evening/night shift differential.

Sanford Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $25.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. However, based on market data the expected annual salary can range from $32,000 to $48,000.

The mileage reimbursement rate is determined by Sanford Health policy and is subject to change. Please contact HR for the current rate.
The weekend shift differential is $1.25/hour, and the evening/night shift differential is $1.25/hour (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred. 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred)
The minimum requirement is 30 hours per month.
You will need to work at least one weekend shift per month.
CNA training and certification is required and provided by the facility if you are not already certified.
The resident-to-CNA ratio varies depending on the facility and the needs of the residents. Sanford Health strives to maintain a safe and manageable ratio.
