To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program, hold a current COTA certification, and be eligible for licensure in the state of Iowa.
This is a full-time position, typically working 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekday/weekend/holiday flexibility is available.
We treat patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, weakness, balance/falls/gait, cervical/back pain, general deconditioning, and other various conditions in skilled nursing facilities.
Yes, we are transitioning these locations to an in-house therapy model from contract use, which fosters better collaboration and individualized treatment plans.
