You must hold an unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of North Dakota. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in long-term care is also preferred.
