You will work closely with clinicians, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the system.
As a Clinical Applications Support Analyst, you will be a key member of our IT team, providing technical support and guidance to our clinical staff. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly. You will also be involved in training users on how to use the system and providing documentation and support materials.

A minimum of an Associate's Degree in a clinical field or at least three years of clinical experience is preferred. Previous experience in Information Technology is also preferred. Clinical licensure/registration/certification in Sanford's footprint (depending on location) and IT certification (within six months of hire) are required.
