The CCL collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, with graduation from an accredited nursing program. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is also preferred. Candidates must possess an unencumbered RN license in Nebraska or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
