The required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), minimum age of 18 (preferred), prior clinical or nursing assistant experience (preferred), and satisfactory completion of yearly department specific competency testing. Additional certifications may be required based on state regulations.
Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care needs, providing mobility support, documenting resident care, and communicating with the charge nurse.
This is a full-time position with straight night shifts, working 12-hour shifts with 36 scheduled weekly hours. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
