Dietary Consultant - CDM - Long Term Care - Eastern MN

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Consultant to join our team. A Day in the Life of a Dietary Consultant

Each day as a Dietary Consultant will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You may start your day by reviewing resident charts and nutritional assessments to identify any concerns or areas for improvement. You will then collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement appropriate interventions.

Throughout the day, you will provide training and education to dietary staff on topics such as food safety, menu planning, and therapeutic diets. You will also conduct audits of dietary operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
