A Day in the Life of a Food Service Assistant

As a Food Service Assistant, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Preparing and serving food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Monitoring and recording proper food temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area.
• Restocking food and beverage areas to ensure adequate supplies.
