A Day in the Life

Your day might involve:

  • Arriving at 11:30 AM to prepare the serving area for lunch service.
  • Checking and recording the temperatures of food items to ensure safety.
  • Setting up the serving line with necessary utensils and condiments.
  • Preparing and serving food items according to portion sizes and dietary needs.
  • Interacting with residents, providing friendly and helpful service.
  • Operating the cash register and handling payments accurately.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the serving area and equipment.
  • Restocking food and supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup.
  • Working every other weekend and holiday.
