Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), to join our Interventional Radiology team in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a part-time position with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in an acute, short, and long-term care setting. As an integral member of our team, you will assist physicians, assess patients, and treat injuries and ailments, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining thorough medical histories, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide patient education. A typical day may involve:

Completion of a master’s, postmaster’s, or doctorate from an nurse practitioner program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. Current licensure by the applicable state board of nursing for advanced practice. Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances. Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or (FNP-BC).
