To become a CNA at Sanford Health, you must have a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), be at least 16 years old, and have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. If you do not have a CNA certification, you must obtain one within four months of your start date.
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
As a PRN CNA, you will work on a rotating shift basis, with varying hours depending on the needs of the facility. You will have the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule.
CNAs at Sanford Health are required to wear scrubs in a designated color. Specific details will be provided during orientation.
