  • Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred (experience)
  • Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position (experience)
  • Enrollment in a CNA training program or process of obtaining certification through Endorsement if not currently certified (experience)
  • Satisfactorily completes yearly department-specific competency testing (experience)
  • Maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year (minimum of 12 hours annually) (experience)
  • Maintains all department-specific required certifications (experience)
  • Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry (when applicable for applicable states) (experience)
  • Must be medically qualified to perform essential driving functions if role classifies as a Sanford Category II Driver (experience)
