Dietary Consultant - CDM - Long Term Care - Nebraska

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to our long-term care facilities throughout Nebraska. As a Dietary Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their individual needs and preferences.

Role Overview

As a Dietary Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to interdisciplinary services to meet the spiritual, social, emotional, and physical needs of each resident, with primary responsibility for project work within resident services, including serving as the subject matter expert for dietary operations. You will also ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and practices of the organization.
