As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and high-quality care to our patients in an outpatient setting. A typical day for a Nurse Practitioner in our Ambulatory clinic in Tracy, Minnesota, involves seeing 12-16 patients daily, addressing a variety of healthcare needs, from routine check-ups to managing chronic conditions. You will conduct thorough medical history reviews, perform physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Additionally, you will have one 24-hour shift of ER call per week and one weekend per month, providing essential coverage for the Tracy Medical Center. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
