Pediatric Endocrinology Physician Opportunity in Fargo, North Dakota

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing pediatric specialty team at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. Role Overview

As a Pediatric Endocrinologist at Sanford Health, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other pediatric specialists, dieticians, diabetic educators, and behavioral health professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized care to each patient.

A Day in the Life

Your typical day will involve a mix of clinic-based practice, hospital consults, and outreach activities. In the clinic, you will see patients with a variety of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth disorders, and pubertal abnormalities. You will also have the opportunity to work with a growing number of transgender patients, collaborating with our on-staff pediatric psychologist specializing in gender dysphoria.

In the hospital, you will provide consults for patients in the NICU, pediatric unit, and PICU. You will also participate in outreach clinics to regional Sanford clinics, bringing your expertise to underserved communities.
