Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing pediatric specialty team at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing comprehensive care to children and adolescents with a wide range of endocrine disorders.
As a Pediatric Endocrinologist at Sanford Health, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders in infants, children, and adolescents. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other pediatric specialists, dieticians, diabetic educators, and behavioral health professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized care to each patient.
Your typical day will involve a mix of clinic-based practice, hospital consults, and outreach activities. In the clinic, you will see patients with a variety of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth disorders, and pubertal abnormalities. You will also have the opportunity to work with a growing number of transgender patients, collaborating with our on-staff pediatric psychologist specializing in gender dysphoria.
In the hospital, you will provide consults for patients in the NICU, pediatric unit, and PICU. You will also participate in outreach clinics to regional Sanford clinics, bringing your expertise to underserved communities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000 to $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The patient volume will vary depending on the day and the season, but you can expect to see a mix of clinic patients, hospital consults, and outreach patients.
