A Day in the Life

As a Part-Time Evening RN in Behavioral Care, your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring and documenting resident vital signs, symptoms, and responses to interventions.
• Providing direct patient care, including wound care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.
• Responding to resident emergencies and initiating appropriate interventions.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educating residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
