As an RN on the Medical/Surgical unit at Webster Medical Center, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and documenting changes in condition.
- Providing wound care and other specialized nursing interventions.
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with physicians, patient care technicians, and other members of the healthcare team.

- Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records.
