The minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in a Compact (NLC) state, and at least one year of hands-on clinical experience.
This is a part-time position with scheduled weekly hours of 24, typically working Monday through Friday during day shifts. No holidays or direct care shifts are required.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) team is a centralized education model within Sanford Health that focuses on providing education, mentoring, and coaching to staff to enhance their professional development.
While not explicitly required, one year of long-term care experience is preferred.
You will be responsible for assessing needs, planning, coordinating, teaching, and evaluating education and training programs for nursing staff in long-term care settings. You will also serve as a clinical instructor for CNA programs.
