Salary & Benefits

Sanford Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package for its RNs. The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 to $98,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, Local Traveler RNs receive:

• $5/hour premium on all hours worked.
• $1.25/hour weekend shift differential.
• $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Mileage reimbursement for required travel.
