Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society - Specialty Care Community in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. As an RN in our Transitional Care Unit (TCU), you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to residents recovering from hospitalization or serious illness. A Day in the Life of an RN in the TCU

As an RN in our TCU, your day will be filled with opportunities to utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive care to residents. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide education and support. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing comfort and reassurance during their recovery journey.
