- 6:30 AM: Start your shift by receiving handoff reports from the night shift nurses. Review resident charts and care plans to prepare for the day.
- 7:00 AM: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor vital signs and assess residents' overall condition.
- 8:00 AM: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- 9:00 AM: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
