Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Traveler to join our Solutions By Sanford team in Fargo, North Dakota. As an RN Traveler, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients within the 8AB Fargo Innovations Unit. Day in the Life

As an RN Traveler in the 8AB Fargo Innovations Unit, your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Collaborating with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or abnormalities.
  • Documenting patient care accurately and completely in electronic health records.
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
