In this full-time, straight nights position, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As an RN or LPN at Sanford Health, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring their condition, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure their well-being. You will also provide education and support to residents and their families.
