  • Ensure office, storage, and closets are clean, organized, well-maintained, and professional in appearance at all times
  • Assist with The Joint Commission (TJC) compliance
  • Participate in the staff selection process and interview candidates as needed
  • Schedule days off, holidays, and vacations, ensuring that the facility's needs are met in accordance with budgeted hours and the department position control
  • Review duty lists with regular and relief associates periodically and provide assistance to ensure duty lists are revised and current at all times
  • Help maintain records and make sure log books are current and maintain all necessary documentation
  • Monitor service binders in assigned areas on a daily basis, taking appropriate action to resolve concerns/comments
  • Respond to concerns and requests with a sense of urgency and take necessary corrective action, including timely follow-up
  • Provide backup assistance for approving timecards, assisting with evaluations, getting schedules out, and delivering and ordering of supplies
