Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Integrated Health Therapist (IHT) to join our Mental Health Services team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As an IHT, you will play a vital role in providing integrated mental and behavioral health services to patients within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) or Primary Care Clinic (PCC) setting.
