LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Local Traveler in Auburn, Nebraska

Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Local Traveler in Auburn, Nebraska. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care to residents of all ages in our long-term care facility. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.

This position offers a unique opportunity to travel to multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of Auburn, Nebraska, providing support to various long-term care facilities within the Sanford Health system. Mileage reimbursement is provided for required travel, and you will also receive premium pay rates, including a $5/hour premium on all hours worked, a $1.25/hour weekend shift differential, and a $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

A Day in the Life

As an LPN Local Traveler, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
