Your day as an LPN Local Traveler will be dynamic and rewarding. You might start your day by reviewing resident charts and collaborating with the nursing team to plan the day's care. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist residents with daily activities. You'll document your observations and interventions in the electronic health record, ensuring accurate and timely information. You'll also communicate with residents' families, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Because this is a local traveler position, expect to spend a portion of your day driving to different facilities within the designated radius, providing essential support where it's needed most.

The estimated annual salary range for an LPN in Hastings, Nebraska is $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
