The minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, a valid LPN license in Nebraska, and a minimum of 18 years of age. You also need to have completed a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN.
Yes, 3 months of experience in Long Term Care is required (6 months preferred).
Minimum of 30 hours per month with one weekend shift per month.
