In this role, you will provide comfort-focused, patient-centered care to individuals and families during one of the most meaningful stages of life. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support symptom management, emotional comfort, and dignity for every patient.
As an LPN or MA in our hospice setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing emotional support, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and maintain their comfort at home.
A typical day for an LPN or MA in our hospice setting may include:
Our cottages operate from 6 AM to 6 PM, and you will be working 12-hour night shifts. The schedule requires every third weekend and every other holiday.

To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate from an accredited practical nursing program or possess equivalent MA credentials. You must also have a current and valid LPN or MA license in the state of Minnesota and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
