Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our hospice team at Centennial Cottage and Foundation Cottage in Fargo, North Dakota. A Day in the Life

As an LPN or MA on our hospice team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes to the registered nurse or physician.
• Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Educating patients and families about disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate care plans.
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.

Salary & Benefits
