Salary & Benefits

Sanford Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees. The salary range for this position is estimated to be $32,000 - $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, you will receive:

• Mileage reimbursement for required travel
• $5/hour premium on all hours worked
• $1.25/hour weekend shift differential
• $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
