The requirements for this position include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), minimum age of 18 (preferred), prior clinical or nursing assistant experience (preferred), and satisfactory completion of yearly department-specific competency testing.
Depending on the state in which you are working, you may need to have CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing and/or successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course.
