Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) Float team in Fargo, North Dakota. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance to our residents in a long-term care setting. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work as a float CNA, providing support to multiple long-term care locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address. This allows for variety in your work and the chance to gain experience in different LTC settings. Mileage reimbursement is provided for required travel.
