Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) program in Blackduck, Minnesota. This comprehensive program is designed to provide you with the hands-on experience and necessary tools to excel as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator within the Good Samaritan Society, a part of Sanford Health. As an AIT, you will work under the guidance of experienced preceptors, gaining invaluable knowledge in all facets of long-term care management.

Day in the Life

Your day as a Nursing Home Administrator in Training will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will rotate through various departments within the long-term care facility, including:

  • Administration: Learn about the overall management and operations of the facility, including regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and policy development.
