Sanford Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) program in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of long-term care administration. As an AIT, you will work under the guidance of a preceptor to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and embark on a rewarding leadership journey with the Good Samaritan Society.
During your 6-12 month AIT program, you will immerse yourself in the daily operations of a long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:

The AIT program is approximately 6-12 months in length.

You will complete 1000 hours of hands-on training in all departments of Long-term care including Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, Business Office/ Financial Management, Dietary, Rehabilitation, Medical Records, Activities, Social Services/ Admissions, Housekeeping/ Laundry and Environmental Management/ Maintenance.
Will I be paid during the training program?
Yes, the starting rate for the position is $30.00 per hour.
