Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) program in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive training in all aspects of long-term care administration. A Day in the Life

During your 6-12 month AIT program, you will immerse yourself in the daily operations of a long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:
