Occupational Therapist - Sanford Health - Algona, IA

Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Rehab team at Good Samaritan Algona and Forest City. This full-time position (30-35 hours per week) offers a flexible M-F schedule, covering our Skilled Nursing Facilities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients develop, maintain, and recover their ability to perform daily tasks. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve their functional abilities.

We treat a variety of conditions, including orthopedic issues, weakness, balance/falls/gait problems, cervical/back pain, and general deconditioning. New graduates are welcome to apply, as we are transitioning to an in-house therapy model from contract use. We are looking for a team player who is committed to providing high-quality patient care.
