The required qualifications include appropriate education level in accordance with state licensure, licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist, certification through the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred, valid driver's license may be required, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers.
The primary responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing treatment plans, helping clients develop and recover their abilities, documenting progress, providing education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
This is a part-time position with 20 scheduled weekly hours. The work shift is typically 8 hours - day shifts.
