  • Collect non-invasive biological specimens from patients following established protocols.
  • Prepare patient treatment areas for use, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
  • Prepare and clean medical equipment, adhering to infection control standards.
  • Dispose of biomedical waste in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide one-on-one care to patients when necessary for safe provision of care.
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and report observations to the RN or LPN.
  • Assist with patient transfers and ambulation, ensuring patient safety.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
