Role Overview

Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Retail/Community Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team in Fargo, North Dakota. Day in the Life

As a Part-Time Retail/Community Pharmacist at Sanford Health, your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Prescription Review: Carefully review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
  • Medication Dispensing: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications to patients, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Patient Counseling: Provide clear and concise counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, dosage, and storage.
  • Inventory Management: Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage conditions.

  • Immunizations: Administer immunizations to patients according to established protocols.

You will primarily work at our Broadway, Moorhead, and I-94 locations, but may be expected to fill in at another location occasionally. Scheduling specifics will be discussed during your interview. Pharmacy hours are Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM; 9:00 PM at I-94. Broadway Weekend/Holiday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and I-94 Weekend/Holiday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. The holiday requirement is 1-2 holidays per year, and the weekend requirement is once every 4-5 weekends.
