A Day in the Life of an Emergency Department Pharmacist

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting provider orders, providing drug information, and assisting in problem-solving related to medication therapy. Your duties will include:

  • Providing information and advice to healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
