The Pharmacist - Inpatient is responsible for reviewing and verifying medication orders, providing drug information, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your day as an Inpatient Pharmacist at Sanford Health will be dynamic and rewarding. You'll start by reviewing new medication orders and patient profiles, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential drug interactions. You'll collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapy for individual patients. You'll also spend time preparing and dispensing medications, compounding sterile products, and providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients. Throughout the day, you'll participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to medication safety initiatives, and supervise pharmacy technicians.

The schedule for this position consists of a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation, with work hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Wednesday through Tuesday.
