Role Overview

- M.D. or D.O. degree (experience)
- Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. (experience)
- Experience demonstrated through residency procedure log or quality profile from hospital(s). (experience)
- Active involvement in clinical aspects of Family Medicine. (experience)
- Case log including 25 vaginal deliveries (if applicable). (experience)
- Case log including 50 adult medical patients. (experience)
- Case log including 10 inpatient care of children under 18 (excluding normal newborn). (experience)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. (experience)
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical licensure in the State of Minnesota. (experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (experience)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. (experience)
