Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Canby, Minnesota, with responsibilities also in Clear Lake, South Dakota. Role Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician with Sanford Health, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing preventive care. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Your day as a Family Medicine Physician at Sanford Clinic Canby might involve:

  • Seeing patients for scheduled appointments, addressing a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Performing physical exams and health risk assessments.
  • Ordering and reviewing lab results and imaging studies.
  • Developing treatment plans and prescribing medications.
