  • M.D. or D.O. degree (experience)
  • Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada (experience)

  • Case log including 25 vaginal deliveries (if applicable) (experience)
  • Case log including 50 adult medical patients (experience)
  • Case log including 10 inpatient care of children under the age of 18 (excluding normal newborn) (experience)
  • Ability to perform history and physical examination (experience)
  • Ability to admit patients (if applicable to the setting) (experience)
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages (experience)
  • Ability to provide consultation to patients (experience)
  • Knowledge of circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, integumentary, nervous, female reproductive, and genitourinary systems (experience)
