Role Overview

You will work in an outpatient clinic setting with inpatient responsibilities at Mercy Hospital, Valley City's community hospital. A Day in the Life
Your day will typically involve seeing patients in the clinic for scheduled appointments and walk-ins. You will perform physical examinations, take medical histories, order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies, prescribe medications, and provide counseling and education to patients. You will also have inpatient responsibilities, which may include admitting patients to the hospital, providing daily care to hospitalized patients, and discharging patients when they are ready to go home. - M.D. or D.O. degree (experience)
